Ana began her journey at Alibaba Group in 2019, on the group's B2C platform, AliExpress, later moving to Alibaba.com with the aim of supporting the digitalization of Italian SMEs through the largest b2b trading platform in the world.
Over these past 4 years, Ana played different roles, from Marketing to Business Development and Customer Success, focusing on other markets besides Italy, with a great focus in Portugal.
Ana has contributed to the digitization of SMEs from different industries to promote Italian and Portuguese exports to the international market and help SMEs adopt an omnichannel approach.
Graduated from the University of Florence in Italy in Languages, Literature and Cross-Cultural Studies, with a master’s degree in Business, Marketing and Project Management, Ana has lived in Brazil, England and China, setting her roots in Italy.
